Sim not activated even after submitting the documents

Hi,

My mobile no is 998920848. A few days back my sim's service is abard. I submitter ID proff and Address proff documents at Begum pet Airtel office, Hyd more than one week ago. When ever iam speaking to costomer care executives i am alwus hering the same word that it will be activated with in 24hrs. But Its almost more than one week over.

Even i place 2 complaints. The complaint no is- 2042705266900.
