Disconnection of telephone line despite payment of bills

I am really surprised how Airtel has been surviving for so long. Despite payment of all the bills on time my telephone was disconnected due to non payment of bill. It took me almost five days to get the connection restored. And was promised that this will not happen again.

After just 15 Days time it was disconnected again due to non payment of bill.

Normally in Telephone industry because of non payment of bill the customers out going is first barred and then if non payment presists in comming in also stopped.

In my case despite payment of all the bills my income & outgoing have been bared by Airtel without any prior notice or message twice in last 15 Days.
