Hi Airtel Team,
I am extremely unhappy due to the non-responsive attitude of your helplines and the concerned executives.
My phone connection was disabled on October 12, 2010 for which I did the verification immediately. The connection got activated but again today i.e. October 13, 2010 it again got disable at 2.00 pm IST. Since then, I am calling up the customer care numbers to which the executives responded that it will be activated within 1 hour giving a reason of a techincal default in the system.
Now its 8.00 pm ISt, still the number is de-activated. This is completly unacceptable to keep anyone's number disabled for so long despite all the formalities have been done. On the top of it, the executives are not picking up my repeated calls. I strongly take it a mismanaged service.
Please look into it urgently. I expect a prompt action.
