Dear Sir/Madam,
My self Himanshu Parashar from Saharanpur District. UP, presently residing at Delhi, was the old customer of Reliance Communication and infrastructure ltd. since 2002 My Family was using the number 0132-3299391, due to my family was shifting to Delhi we have terminated this number on 20.09. submit the instrument and paid my all balances. But surprisingly I have received the bill for next two months. That has been informed to the local office of the company and they assure me to look into the matter
But I was shocked when we received the court notice on 30.03.09 from the Reliance Communication than I went to Reliance web world in Saharanpur to resolve the Matter they assure me that due to some technical error you have received this notice, the error will be removed from our side. But on 04/05 we have received another court notice demanding billing Amount Rs 838/- This is highly illogical because I have terminated the connection on 20/09 and settled all my dues.
After receiving the notice I contacted to Reliance communication and infrastructures ltd. at their Regional head office with Megha Sethi at Meerut regarding this matter, they replied that number is issued to the another customer but due to some technical error connection is your name in our records, but sooner this error will be removed.
But now I have received a notice of Prelitigation Court demanding Rs.804/- on 22/09. As I was really fed up with this matter as to resolve this I had taken a leave from my job to come to Saharanpur where I had a talk with Mr. Manish Tripathi and Mrs. Pundir but no satisfactory response was given to me
As this notice has been received by my neighbor due to which my image in society has been damaged. Now I want to take a legal action against the company for the loss of my time and money for this.
I have All the receipts and documents regarding termination of connection on the above mentioned date and all receipt for payment of final dues.
