I am facing this problem with Airtel since last 3 months. They have activated dialor tone firstly without asking me, neither i have opted it and they deducted my balance by 20 Rs. Again they extended it while i have sended the request to stop the service and again they cut 30Rs.
Now last month they have activated some matrimonial services and charged 10 30 Rs.
Even if I am not sending messages or not giving instructions even then they are doing like this
When I contacted customer care every body further says that i am not from concerned department you are on wrong connection and directed me to again call on customer care.
There is no body to help me out and my money is going in vain.
This is not fair and it should be stopped.
What should i do againg them?
