Credit deducted from the prepaid balance

Hi,

My Idea cellular number 9891238381,

Today i got a message from Idea cellular that they have deducted 20 Rs. from my balance in favor of GPRS services. As i never agreed to activate such service on my cellular number. I called the ustomer care and the agent argued with me that you have activated such a service. When i asked about the proof for the same, he disconnected the phone.
