After 12 month don't recive pf payment

I am Bibhas Bose. I worked with Reliance HR Services Private Limited (Kolkata) for 23/12 to 13/08. I submitted the pf claim form in 16 Aug, but till now I have not received any payment & not any quarry for payment. My PF account no is-MH/VASHI/118056/1938.
