Hi All,

I am still waiting to resolve the following complaints. Along with the

following, I have registered 2 more complaints about the same issue for Jun and

Jul Months where the recharge did not happen. It is now 4 months, I am

registering complaints every month.

The complaints numbers are as follows,

35548794 - Today - Jul - 2010

30979104

32108228

35548794 - May

33453246 - Jun

Kindly ensure that I get the compensation for the trouble given to me on time

to time basis for resolving the same complaint again and again. Every time I

get the response that the complaint will be resolved in next 7 days and it did

not get resolved till today.

I need to know whether Airtel nodal officers do have some responsibility for

customer complaints resolution?

I do not want the Rs. 100 now onwards as it is not provided up till now (except

once for Rs. 110 and that too after 10 calls). I want my money back for all

pending 11 months. Else I have to go to higher authorities. After that the

final call will be to go to Consumer Grievance Cell if it is not addressed

there.

Dear Sir,

I have taken a Airtel broadband connection on 17-Mar. The plan is as

follows,

1. 256 kbps - Unlimited internet connection

2. Free Rs. 500 - Airtel To Airtel Calls

3. Free Rs. 100 - Any Prepaid Airtel mobile recharge.

I am having the benefit for the above 2 points as of now. The 3rd benefit is

not received even after my several complaints to the 121. You can check the

complaints registered by me. The prepaid mobile number is already sent by me on

[email protected]. (Pl search email with Sub: "Recharge of Airtel

prepaid mobile - 90964 96212").

As the issue was not resolved by the customer support executives, I am writing

to you. It was informed to me 3 times on various days that the recharge will

happen on so and so date. But the good day never came up till now.

Please kindly look into this matter and recharge my Airtel prepaid account.

Following are the complaint nos registered by me. I received these complaint

numbers from your support executives today for your reference.
