Very slow & not conect

My idea net setter usb very slow & some time not conect I paid Rs 399 on12/8 for 30 days but today 19/8 my conection disconect im try since 8 am morning to 12 pm midnight now not conect pls chack my problem & solve im not any downloding only browsing evry day one /two hors my idea net no-9795675959 or my email [email protected] pls salve my problem
