I had purchased a caller tune on 08.08. i had received the message from RCOM for the same, and the amount for that had been deducted from my account balance at the same time.
Now today is 13.08.2010 and my selected song is not playing till now, only reliance default tune is playing, i have contacted reliance customer care several times and they are doing nothing.they are just saying that it will be done.
