Unable to receive std call from vodafone number, hyderabad

Hi

for the last few days iam facing this peculiar type of problem from airtel, bangalore. I am able to make std call to one vodafone number in hyderabad but the other person who is having the vodafone connection is not able to make any std call to my airtel number though previously this problem was not there. Whenever that person calls me its saying 'not reachable or currently not available'.I have called the customer care of airtel so many times but they are saying its vodafone network problem not airtel problem. They have taken down my request but still its not solved. Kindly require correction measures from the concerned department.
