Billing discrepancy and poor Customer Service

Aafter 10 months of harressment, dealing with collection agencies, customer care, nodal office, apellate office and others by all means of phone, fax, email and personal visists; My complaint is gathering dust! This is for my Airtel postpoind Mobile services on 9741033771

Its been almost a year since I have been running from pillar to post to have Airtel fix my billing discrepancy and each time I as a customer am harressed by their unethical practices. Till today, I have never had a written response from Airtel and it is evident why they havent! coz they would never stand a chance to bail themselves out should they ever face a fraud/law suit for the corruption they practice! I am pleased such practices and work cultures have not made it to African and other international companies onlyto have more people and international customers experience the appaulling services and customer experiences provided by Bharti Airtel Pvt Ltd.!

Pull up your socks Mr Mittal, your lower level executives areruining your market value!
