Since last 4 year i am using airtel but last 4 months they are deducted my balance from my mobile with out any region, a number of time this happen, but when i call 2 customer care they are always saying SIR NOW WE HAVE NO RECORDS OF THIS PLZ CALL US AFTER 24 HOURS or PLZ HOLD THE LINE FOR SOME SECONDS, but after some minutes the call is dissconnect but no response. i think this is not a process 2 solve this problem, so plz don't do this type of mistake.my mobile -9178579142
