I am very happy to know that Tata teleservices started GSM services (TATA-DOCOCMO) in Haryana. From the day 1 of the GSM services, Tata indicom is telling that Tata Docomo is also come under TATA network and Tata indicom customers (LIKE ME WITH HONEST-450 PLAN) can call DOCOMO free. So many times call centre people also confirmed the same after repeated requests to know the same.
But to my surprise Tata indicom made a U-Turn some day in the last week of July by saying calls made to DOCOMO are chargeable and only calls made to CDMA network are free. Being having a such a good reputation, i did not expect such a U-Turn from a company like TATA-INDICOM
It is very unfortunate that a company like TATA behaved in such a manner.
If you are not considering DOCOMO in TATA network, then it is better to remove the TATA name from the TATA DOCOMO .Indicom and Docomo are part of TTSL and how can both networks did not come under TATA network.
I request you to restore the earlier promise of free calls to DOCOMO, by bringing the same under TATA network.
