Dear Sir, My Name is Subrat Kumar Nayak. I am using a reliance mobile No 8103539818. I was avtivated a 'SMS 1Paisa' service in my mobile. I want to decativated this service and calling to customer care on 19 Jul 10 about this procedure. Customer care was replied me about the procedure. Then i follow the procedure by an SMS "DACT SMS 1P" to 53739. But the reply was received that "Dear Business partner, your request could not be processed. Please try again. We regret the inconvenience." I was trying for decative my service by SMS up to 22 Jul 10. But the same reply was recd as and when i SMS for that. Then i was again calling to customer care on 22 Jul 10 for deactive of my service. Miss PREETI was told with me and told that " your service will be stopped within 02 days" and she give me a service request No 132526466. But on 24 Jul 10 i received a SMS regarding renewal of my service and Rs 19.00 has been automatically deducted from my main balance. Therefore, i will request you for inquiring this matter and inform me in my E-mail [email protected] or my mob no 8103539818 please.
