FAILURE TO PROVIDE MOBILE SERVICE

I APPLIED FOR MNP FROM BSNL (PREPAID) TO IDEA (PREPAID) FOR THE MOBILE NUMBER 9441192133 (UPC BA452789) IN THE MONTH OF APRIL.

ON 30TH APRIL I RECEIVED A MESSAGE CONTAINING "DEAR CUSTOMER, THE NO SERVICE PERIOD IS EXPECTED TO BE OF 2 HOURS. THE TENTATIVE TIME AND DATE FOR THE ACTIVATION OF YOUR NUMBER IS 30/04".

FROM 1ST MAY BSNL PEOPLE HAS DISCONTINUED THE MOBILE SERVICE FOR MY NUMBER 9441192133 AND IDEA PEOPLE ARE NOT ACTIVATED THE SAME NUMBER TILL TODAY.

I CONTACTED THE IDEA PEOPLE MANY TIMES AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT YOUR PORTING REQUEST IS REJECTED AND THEY ARE TELLING WHY THE REQUEST IS REJECTED.

AND I ALSO CONTACTED THE BSNL PEOPLE ABOUT THE REJECTION OF PORTING REQUEST AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE MOBILE NUMBER IS ALREADY TRANSFERRED TO IDEA NETWORK AND THE RECORDS ARE SHOWING THAT THE NUMBER 9441192133 BELONGS TO IDEA.

NOW I AM NOT HAVING MOBILE SERVICE FOR THE LAST 11 DAYS. I REQUEST THE IDEA AND BSNL PEOPLE PLEASE RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AND GIVE ME THE MOBILE SERVICE EITHER IN BSNL OR IDEA WITH ANY FAILURE.
