Respected sir,
I have recharge my mobile number 9992974925 with Rs.60.By mistake shopkeeper done it on another number that is 9992974425.I have call to idea customer care also. But he say that they will no help me in this problem. I want to cancel that recharge on that number and tranfer it to my number. Sir i know that this is very small amount but i want justice and i hope you will take a good decision in this complaint. Please help me as soon as possible.
