Want to unsubscribe for a service, but notable to because for last 2 months not able to tlk to customer care executive

Hi,

I have received a sms from Idea that a voice chat service has been activated on my phone and they deducted the money from my account. I was trying to talk to de-activate this service was not able to talk to customer care executive even after waiting for upto 3o minutes on call. Every month money is getting deducted from my account. Please help me in this.
