Recharge not reflected on balance

Hi,

I am Trevor Rebelo Using Maharashtra Prepaid Card No.9767855063. I have done the Online Recharge Of Rs.100/- and this is deducted From My Saving A/c at ICICI Bank and have got a sms that the amount is reflected on balance. But its not reflecting on the available balance while calling.

I have called to Customercare, twice but they say that the system is down call after 4 hrs.
