Made an online recharge through Idea web on 23-11-10 somewhere 1:38 pm and the code 84329506 after that i got a message from ID - IdeaWeb @ 1:44 pm msg("Dear customer, thank you for making a payment of Rs50.00 on the idea celluar website. it is being updated in your account"); after 1:55pm got a message from my bank regarding the debited the amount from my account and RefNo:0002021181. but still now the amount is not added on my mobile balance. my mobile number is 9990904469
