On 12-2 to12-3 & 20-03 to 20-04 my mobile idea prepaid balance was approx Rs.30/- x 2 which Suddenly has become minus (-) Rs.6/- & 9/- (too return balance) you are requested to provide me the details of calls made, calls received, roaming charges etc.not confirm dated from Feb to March & April. you either send the details by e.mail or send by post on my Dr. D.Y.Patil Polytechnic Nerul, Navi Mumbai Sector -7, Pincode -400706.
