Cannot change the Plan

I have made an online payment for Rs.295 through online banking today at 2.30 p.m. and by mistake I have opted for 1000 minutes plan instead of normal recharge for top up for mobile No.:9594116030

I have spoken to customer care and have been informed by Mr. Aakash & Ms. Aarti saying my plan cannot be converted to top up recharge and I have to use 1000 minutes in 30 days.

My request to you is that Please convert Rs.295 into Top up plan and increase my Balance and oblige.

In case you IDEA cannot do this, then I shall be compelled to write to your MD as well as to Consumer court. A person cannot be penalised for a small mistake made by him while making online payment.
