I have called idea customer care executive two weeks back and asked them to change my postpaid plan to 'New Super Saver 350' . executive named 'mohit' agreed me that he will update my plan to the requested one. after two days i got an sms saying that your service has been updated. Now i got my new bill on which they charged the call rate as per the old plan. today i called one executive and his name was also mohit and asked him about the present plan he says that i have the old plan combo 249.
why should we call this idea care and pay for the call and do nothing what they promised?
I need the bill to be revised as per the new plan and sent it to me and new plan activated asap. Please look on this matter and take necessary action.
