Prepaid rechange - money taken but no services offered or refund given on funds taken 9690066505

I had earlier received a call from Idea that with 115 recharge I can get full talktime, I started availing the idea services, refunded 115 couple of times successfully, but when I recharged 115 on thursday 18th Aug at 3:30pm via credit card, I got a SMS from Idea – mobile number 9690066505

"Dear Customer, Thank you for making a payment of Rs 115 on the Idea Cellular Website. It is being updated in your account"

Having said that I received no recharge, being credit card I assumed sometimes it takes time, but since my card got debited & still after wait received no recharge. I call up Idea 198 for complaints today at 22Aug 12:22 pm, where I spoke to Preeti customer care executive & then call got transferred to her TL, both were adamant, that money is gone, no services will be offered, neither any question of money to be refunded.

They simply stated the scheme has expired, and no longer available, we wont refund, you paid money its your fault.

Neither there was any mention at the time of rechange amount on their website, that this amount can't be serviced, yet Idea took my money & now refuces to either give service or if scheme had expired, ready to refund money taken from me.

Kindly assist.
