I am the user of Idea prepaid SIM (9889472772). today I have received a call from 911401020167 at 2:55 PM. I have been told that my number has been selected by company for listening songs by just dialing 11111 and there will not be any charge for this. on telling the requested person I told him that I am not interested in such type of facilities and have no spare time for this. He again requested " there are no charges and you can avail this service any time with in six months so I am activating the same".
after this I received a SMS at 3:01 PM showing that my IMS has been activated and an amount of Rs. 120 has been deducted form my prepaid account.
this is absolutely a cheating from service provider therefore I request to kindly look into the matter so that not only I can get back my illegally charged money but also a lesson to service provider not to cheat others in future.
