Refund deducted amount on caller tune

Hi,

I got a ad call on 22-07-12 for callertune that I disconnected but after some time I got sms that caller tune has been activated on my numbetr & balance deducted. I approached to customer care to deactivate callertune & refund amount. They deactivated but I didnt get amount.

Please solve this asap.
