Incoming n outgoing blocked

Dear sir,

i m a life time prepaid customer of idea chhattisgarh circle, also i keep goin abroad for 6 to 7 mths, in between i recharged the crd but unable to use it, n now when i m back in india, n tried to use the same no its outgoing and incoming is blocked, is there any way it can b reactivated, the cell no is 9826992332
