My idea prepaid no is 9911151747.I have not activated cricket pack for which they charge 5re/day. when i called to customer care they have registered to deactivate the cricket pack within 48 hours.but by that time my account will be deducted by 15re. Again I called the customer care but they are not willing to lodge a complain about the irregularity. Now for the full day I tried to customer care but always same answer that is"all our customer care executives are busy with other number"
