I am using a IDEA post paid mobile phone since a long time.
In last month I came across a problem with ISD calls so i registered more then 10-15 complaints in 2 months about these calls, but no solution to that, and even if there is any solution thats for only day or two... i am sick and tired of their promises of solution, and calling them in customer care every time, they are giving only one typical answer and keep me waiting for days and days,
the main problem happened when i received my JANUARY MONTH bill.
every time when the quarry is solved some technical person calls me and ask whether i can call (ISD) the person abroad or not, so just ti check i was making a MISS call every time, and these people have counted all my MISS CALLS in to MADE calls and charged 9 rs per pulse, so even for 00:05 mint or 1second miss call they have charged me hafty ISD amount, and such way they have added 376 RS EXTRA in my billilng amount...
i request you to solve this problem,
i want solution to my calling problem and my billing amount which is counted wrongly...
pls tell me what should i do???
