Issue with the activation of services

I am Krishan Kishore D, an unfortunate customer of your idea cellular services. I took a 2 postpaid connections with the numbers 9666679810/20. I did provide all the needed documentation to your executive. 9666679810 was supposed to be in 249 plan and 9666679820 was supposed to be in 149 plan. How ever they activated them the otherway round. My connections were activated on 29 Jan and I did clearly mention that for the verification I will be available only till 12:30 PM at my residence. With out any prior intimation and verification my out going services are barred from 1st of February. I called your customer care and they told me that on Tuesday some one will visit my place and out going will be activated. Which was not done, I called on Tuesday and they told me that my services will be activated by end of day which did not happen. I was promised a call from a superior who never called either.

Finally fed up with all the services that were extended to me I wanted to cancel my connection I called CC they told me to visit any Idea showroom they will do it. I visited the showroom at Himayathnagar they told me that they will not be able to do it and I need to visit only head office. For the reason I asked an explanation they asked me to do " WHAT YOU CAN DO YOU DO" this is not the kind of service that is expected.

Still my services are barred and I just want my connections cancelled. I want to tell you that Idea really changed my life. This is the service that is expected from a leading group.
