Gprs Activation Complaint

I am Firoz Khan from Bhopal. My mobile no is 9826247171.

My handset is Nokia 6630.

I want to activate GPRS connection on my mobile. But GPRS connection not activate my mobile phone.

I have called customer care for gprs activation about 10-11 time for last 15 days and customer care executive attend my call, but no response till date.

I have receive sms for activation GPRS successful for 5-6 time, but not activate GPRS my mobile phone till date.

so i want help from you please help me and activate mobile- gprs on my mobile and give me gprs settings on mobile
