Ctivation of Net20 Plan without any request and notification and no cooperation from customer care representatives

Net20 GPRS plan was activated on my phone without any request from my side

and no notification was given to me.

It was activated on 13th May and Rs20 was being deducted from mybalance daily without any notification.

It was on 15th i realised that my balance was getting reduced very fast, so

i called customer care and asked the reason, then i got to know that gprs

plan was activated.

I had then asked for closure of this plan and refund of money deducted.

Since then daily Rs20 are being deducted and whenever i call customer care,

i am told that the request is in process.

When i called up customer care, then after listening to my query i was asked

to stay on hold and then call was disconnected.

It happened twice. I had called on 10:35PM, 17 May and 10:40PM, 17 May

repectively.

I hope you record all these calls and i want an explanation why did the

call got disconnected.

On 21May, at 1:45PM Amit kumar from backend team called me and told that plan has been deactivated but now also money is getting deducted.

Its now total 10days (13th to 22nd May) (10*20=Rs200)

I have recieved a sms that service is deactivated. On 21st your representative called me and told the same, but now also money is deducted and no refund is being made.

Moreover, i want to know whos mistake was it that gprs plan was activated

on my phone without any notification and request from my side.

This is not the first time it had happened. Last month also similar thing

happened and it took almost a week for the money refund.(Below is the

attached mail conversation during the similar issue i faced last month)

I am using this IDEA connection from 7years and now these kinds of problems

have increased.

Now i am interested in knowing who is responsible for these mistakes and

the rude behavior from customer care representatives, that they just

disconnect the call when they have no answer.

I had mailed you earlier also on 15May and i got no response.

I am sending this conversation to CONSUMER FORUM and other service providers (airtel, bsnl, vodafone)

Will update you soon with the CONSUMER COURT's case number and other details.
