Hi i am atul barve, i receive a message from Idea Cellular that Your Documents are not found according to DoT, about 24 Dec. and i using this number-9826407799 since last five years. for this I have submitted the documents in an office of IDEA located at R.R. Communication, A-35, Indrapuri, Raisen Road, Bhopal on 30/12. today i receive the same SMS again. for this i had discussed with customer care, he told me that your status is not changed till date, and suggested me to go to office and tell them again to change the status. My point is why they are again n again disturbing us once we have submitted our documents.
