i am extinng customer of idea mobile company my post paid mobile no 9924699191 from last 4 to 5 years idea had charge rs 450/- Tax this month, i had a call from idea that you r our old customer & giving u a benefit of Rs 75/- every month, but he didnt tell me that it will charge you Rs 450/- for one time, i am sure abt it that he didnt said anything about the charge so please i dont want that scheme and want to cancel this offer and want to reverse my amount of Rs 450/- Tax from my Idea Bill, i told Idea C.Care that make me listen that call you have recorded otherwise i will not allow u to take this easy. because i am sure he didnt tell anything abt the Rs 450/- .
