I recharge 64 rupees 2 day early, by recharge shop a man recharge me 64 by mistake today same plan is activate early but this recharge 64 is done i call the costumer care to say please refund my last recharge they say contact to the shop from were u make rchrg when i contact to them he says that below 500 rupees rchrg is not refundable so when the same plan is activate early how that recharge is activate in my mobile my mobile no is 09754202505 please help me for refund of my recharge i think if plan is activate early so company can do this recharge in a valid date of early recharge before expiration
