My Number is barred

I am using Idea Postpaid Connection 9990178076. Idea is barred my number because i am unable to pay this month bill but i agree to pay total two months bill in next month with late payment fee.

My Current Due Bill is: 790 rs

My Unbilled Amount is: 500 rs approx

My Credit Limit is: 2500 rs

Even I havn't crossed my credit limit they barred my number. pls suggest me about the solution.
