I have been using the BB service after the same was activated during the last month.
Of late, for the last 10 days to be precise I have not been getting the EDGE sign on my hand set implying that there was some problem with the BB service. I reached for your Customer care on phone and then made several complaints to 1800 270 1234 (BB technical support service) requesting them to restore the service without any delay. On one such occasion Technical Personnel responding my call even suggested me to replace the SIM card which eventually got replaced at your showroom and got in touch with technical team once again.
I reget that notwithstanding my efforts to wake up your technical personnel and customer care executives to restore BB service on my handset it all have proved futile and even at the time of writing this mail I am getting GSM service and not EDGE service.
I request you to look in to this matter immediately and rectify the same without any delay under confirmation to me.
In the meanwhile please suggest the following to your superiors and all those who matter. The following ideas will also help Abhishek Bachchan a lot to shed IDEA.
Customer Care Centre should be rechristened as Customer Neglect Centre
BB technical support service should be renamed as BB Unreliable Service
Best for Idea Cellular would be to quit the BB service considering the fact that it is not your cup of tea.
Idea Cellular customers should be advised not to use Customer Care or any related service but rather bang their head against a wall reminding themselves of the consequences of making such a call.
Finally it the CEO who should be informed of my feelings as above immediately and possible somebody at a senior level should call me to tell me if it is possible for Idea to restore my BB service or else advise me to go for MNP.
I look forward to your "Orchestrated" response at the earliest knowing fully well that I will never get a better service from Idea before I decide quitting your service.
