GPRS not activated

Hi,

My mobile no 9819098316. I have ported to Idea since 3 weeks and had taken a GPRS plan of Rs.98 for a month. However since over 3 weeks and Multiple complaints lodged, the GPRS service is still not activated on my cell. Every time i call, they say the service will start in 24 hours, but neither it starts nor they call back giving any reason for the same.

A resolution on the above asap will be greatly appreciated.
