This is regarding my IDEA cell number 99242 70470.
this number was working fine, my father was using this cell he went to United states and switched off this number for about 3 months he was having two more cell 1. vodafone 2.Docomo, now when he came back last monday 11th April both vodafone and DOCOMO is working but IDEA cell is not working and it says number is barred. what is this nonsense... moreover asking gujarat customer care as this number is from gujarat circle, they replied very rude saying we can not do anything.
If this number is not getting started by this weekend, i will drag this matter to required place. take this seriously. stopping the service this rule should be equal to all operators not only in IDEA.
