3g and gprs is switched off at night everyday.. i have been calling their complaint no (198) for the past 4 nights continuously.. first day they told me the server was down.. next day congestion error.. then they gave me a request no (even though i insisted on a complaint no) third day i quoted the same number and he said no such no exists in their records.. 4th day they said they have forwarded my no to gprs dept and they are looking into the matter and i will hear from them within 24hours.. i think they deliberately switch somethin off coz they ask me my location everytime and then the 3g starts soon..
