My grandPa is using idea no.8750419317 from long time. On last 7th may 50 rupee balance was refunded from his a/c when I confirmed with Customer care they told some voice chat named service is activated on his no... by several followup with Idea balance was refunded. Now today 70rs.balance is deducted without any confirmation from his account... I talked to customer care he is saying this is not updated in their database... Amazing answer by CCC.
How can we believe on the services provided by a company like IDEA.Should they need balance deduction behalf of low calling facility charges...
