I was recharge Rs. 100/- for Blackberry Internet Service for 7days on 19/07 at 9.38pm. Before I recharge I was talked to Mr. Subhash (Customer Care Officer) on 1907 at 7.15pm. and he advise me necessary process for blackberry internet service activation. After that I had contact several times to your customer care officer for activating my blackberry internet service, but they are all told me pls call after sometimes or talk to our GPRS technical. I request to you pls help me or I will go to consumer forum.
