Dear Sir/ Madam
An internet connection (monthly) was applied for my mobile No.7351677982 by paying Rs 98/- but am not able to activate internet connection & email.
this was brought to your contact nos.12345 requesting them to kindly activate my internet connection. Though somebody answered to contact no.53599 & receive GPRS settings.
Upon contacting no feedback or GPRS settings have been received so far.
Pls be advised since this connection is valid for only one month & not activating same amounts to loss of time/days.
T/fore it will be highly appreciated if above problem could be rectified at the earliest.
