Mobile number portability request not accept

I had submitted my mobile number portbility request on 2/9 through vodafone for service provider change from idea to vodafone (mobile no 9891983399) but till now idea has not accept my request while all oustanding bill is clear on date 11/9. i had talk to idea customer care many times but he is not giving right answer. please take strict action. my port code is ID892846.
