IN COMING NOT WORKING

Dear Sir/Madam

We use prepaid mobile potability for mob no. 9737144062 from airtel to Idea on 19/06 but from today 22/06 Idea out going activated but in-coming not working. Pls do I am needfull.this complain was also submited on Jun 22 at this web site.
