My name is Mr. Pankaj Chaudhari. I am using your prepaid mobile services since 2006. My idea mobile number is 919881618060. All services to this number had been stopped since last two months. On contacting idea customer service, i had been advised to submit the address proof and other documents once again to restart the services. In this time period I had submitted all the required documents for three times to your idea store located at IDEA GALAXY CELLULAR, NIGDI, PUNE. The last time I have submitted these documents on 01/11 at the same idea store. But still my number is not activated.
Today, I spoke with your customer care executive and come to know that my number has been issued to other customer. I have more than Rs.150.00 balance in this prepaid number. So, it seems to me that you people are taking away your customer's hard earned money and stopping their services again you issue the same number to other customer then repeat the same thing with him... and so on. From my view point it is unethical business practices and policies. As a valued Idea customer, i am expecting an immediate action from your side and give me the prompt response in the matter otherwise I will be forced to go to the CONSUMER FORUM against you.
