The whole story goes this way.. I received a msg from Idea " Get New IDEA Addon Connection With CUG Free with out any deposite. Cont. Seema 9702343306." on Date 23/06
I called this number to ask for the sim card as per the message... But
1) I was told is that I will not get CUG .
2) The card is not Free
Which means I was sent a FALSE MESSAGE and this FALSE messages till keeps coming to my phone No. 9702826633.
I Still agreed to it and ordered for the sim card 28/06 as I wanted a sim card urgenlty for my wife...
I got the sim card on the 29/06 and I was told that the sim card will be activated within 2 to 3 days which was Again FALSE INFORMATION given to me...
I have been Constantly complaining since then to get the problem solved... In the end I have taken a Tata Sim card and I am happy with it...
The reason Why I have written today because More then 5 months have passed and Idea mangers and Nodal officers are still sleeping the last mail I had received from the nodal officers end was on 22/07 with Docket Number 18275522... The Mail is as Follows
Dear Mr. Lawrence,
This is in continuation to your e-mail regarding deposit refund of your Idea cellular number.
We would like to inform you that your aforesaid complainthas been registered and shall be initiated by 6th August.
Kindly note your complaint number is 18275522.
We regret for the inconvenience caused to you and assure you the best of our services.
