On 2nd November I gave request at Idea Cellular franchiesee M/s Balaji Communication, Delhi Road Meerut to convert my postpaid no. 9012168222 to prepaid and paid full & final Payment. They told to take 7 days to convert and gave a prepaid sim to me. After that I have gone varios times but they always told to wait 1-2 days. Sir, now they said to deposit biil of 2 months and they didn't convert my no. till now.
After that I talked their head Mr. Gagan (9837010291) but no result.
Sir please help me
