My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,
I obtained the Prepaid connection for no 9604620956 from Idea on 30.11.2011 and had submitted the documents. One week after document submission – from 4.1. my mobile wassent an sms sayining my documents has not been received and please again submit the documents at nearset center to aviod interuption of services.
Thus I had submitted the documents on 5th at viman nagar idea store, pune.
Now again i am getting repeated messages saying the same and asking for submitting of the services.
Thus want to know how many times i should submit the documents.
The customer care still says that they have not received the documents.
later they said the documents are received and one day i received a verification call asking my details. i had provided them the details which were given while taking connection. but they said it didn't match and asked me to submit the documents as soon as possible.
Why do the people at collection center not provide – the acknowledgement for the submitted documents?
how many times does i need to submit the documents. don't you have some procedure to keep the documents.
Why does idea harass its customers?
Please see that my data is updated in your accounts and kindly don’t disconnect my service.
