Deduction of balance Complain ID: 149-691-9564

I am one of the Smart prepaid user.

On 12th Nov night I made a call with my mobile and after call my balance was Rs ~253. On the next day, 13th Nov morning my balance was Rs 0.50. I tried to call 9827098270 but could not connect. I made emrgency recharge and called one of Reliance Smart Officer namely Mr. Siddiki (#9827019563), he redirected me to another officer namely Madam Mausami (#9827019581) and Mausami Madam finally redirected me to officer namely Mr Kumar (9301234511).

Mr Kumar communicated same with Mumbai office and also let me to talk one of the female office from Mumbai branch. As per them I downloaded ringtones of Rs ~250 on 12th Nov night using Sony Ericsson mobile, which I never used.

I personally meet My. Kumar and told that I am using this # since last 6 years, I neither used R-World (that option does not appears on iPhone) nor GPRS (which is already inactive). Mr. Kumar investigates my mobile for nearly 30 mins. Later Mr. Kumar and Mumbai Office agrees that it never happens that some one downloaded ringtones of Rs ~250 in one night but still unable to help me as their Server logs are showing this information.

This process took almost a week and still my balance is not reversed. Today Mr. Kumar gave me Complain ID: 149-691-9564. In past two more times my balance had been deducted for no reason but that was small amount of ~20-30 Rs, so I ignored it.

Please some one let me know what else can be done in this regard.
